Our starter class series is held on a by demand basis. Individuals new to CrossFit must complete the starter series before entering the main WOD classes
These classes are based around teaching you movements that are foundational to CrossFit.
The starter class series also includes a WOD (work out of the day). This will incorporate movements you have learnt and will be based around completing these movements in a specific time, over a certain distance, speed or weight.
