Our starter class series is held on a by demand basis.

Individuals new to CrossFit must complete the starter series before entering the main WOD classes

  • These classes are based around teaching you movements that are foundational to CrossFit.

The starter class series also includes a WOD (work out of the day).
This will incorporate movements you have learnt and will be based around completing these movements in a specific time, over a certain distance, speed or weight.
