Starter Class Series A class for people who are new to the CrossFit method and movements. You will need to complete the Starter Class Series before joining the main WOD classes.
We like to run the Starter classes with a minimum of 4 people and have regular intakes. So get a group together and get in touch. Please contact us if class times do not suit you, we are flexible with these times. Please refer to our facebook page for the schedule of our Starter classes.
Mainstream classes (WOD classes) A class for people who are familiar with the CrossFit method and movements. Each class consists of joint mobility, flexibility, coaching on a new/existing skill eg lifts, kettle bells, pullups and then the culmination of the night the all important WOD which incorporates the skill taught as well as various CrossFit movements. The challenge is to keep correct technique, choose a challenging resistance weight as well as work to maximum capacity in both your anaerobic and aerobic thresholds. Either challenge yourself with a time, repetitions, beating a group member or perhaps completion without rest.
Please note we cap the class size at 10 to maximize your time with the Coach and to ensure you can perform the movements with the correct technique.
