Some of the movements look really difficult. No problem. Without question every CrossFitter has things they can't do or find really difficult. However all exercises are scalable to suit the individual. Some of our members really enjoy the weight lifting whilst others enjoy the conditioning or gymnastic components of CrossFit.
What about cost? We have no contracts and no joining fee. Basically after completion of the Starter Classes you set up an AP and off you go. We prefer that you pay in advance.
Do I need to book in to attend a WOD class? We run an online booking system and there are limited places available in each class. We recommend that upon completion of starter classes you identify how many sessions per week you will be attending and pencil these into the online booking system. The booking system allows you to check in from your phone and reserve your spot in your preferred class.
How many sessions should I attend per week? We find that clients who attend three to four classes per week will get the best results and the pricing schedule is scaled accordingly - the more you attend the cheaper it is.
Is it okay to change my scheduled days? Yes, simply remove your booking from the class. If you work shift work or for other reasons you change your days this is fine. Generally there is a morning crew and a evening crew and we then combine on the Saturday morning. Just make it work for you and your situation. Please note that you cannot change your booking the hour before a class starts.
